Here are three files that selectors will need for profiling. One if YBP's the LC grid. You will also see tabs at the bottom for the non-subject parameters (with Steve Hyndmand's best practices filled in), Key Reviews and Adult Awards. Another is the LC grid by itself (no NSPs or reviews) which you can use yourself. The non-subject parameters will probably be worked out between you and Steve. I have also attached the YBP imprint list.
